MP Eric Joyce has been arrested after police were called to reports of a fight in a bar at the Houses of Parliament.
Last year, the Falkirk MP was fined £3,000 and given a pub ban after assaulting a number of politicians in a parliamentary bar.
He later resigned from the Labour Party and apologised in the House of Commons over February's fracas.
The former soldier has announced he will not to seek re-election in 2015.
