The Queen will attend a reception on Monday evening as planned
The Queen has pulled out of the Commonwealth Observance service later at Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace has announced.
Her withdrawal comes as she continues to recover from her recent illness, it said.
The Duke of Edinburgh will attend as planned.
